C2T2 delivers policy research and recommendations, conducts educational programs, and organizes symposiums to bring stakeholders together to drive decarbonization.

C2T2 engages in policy forums, working groups, and public hearings to offer evidence based analysis and solutions to facilitate emissions reduction.

C2T2 works with organizations at the international, national, and subnational level to facilitate the adoption of decarbonization goods and services.

Decarbonization initiatives intersect with the responsibilities of agricultural, energy, environmental, finance, trade, and transport ministries.

International Energy Agency (IEA)

The IEA has 32 member countries, 13 association countries, and 4 accession countries. IEA works to ensure secure, affordable, and sustainable energy systems.

International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA)

IRENA has 170 member countries and the EU. IRENA promotes the widespread adoption and sustainable use of all forms of renewable energy, including bioenergy, geothermal, hydropower, ocean, solar and wind energy, in the pursuit of sustainable development, energy access, energy security and low-carbon economic growth and prosperity.

International Transport Forum (ITF)

The ITF is an intergovernmental organization with representation from 69 transport ministries, which focus on transport policy including electrification, low carbon fuels, and innovation.

UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)

The UNFAO is a specialized agency of the United Nations with 193 member nations. UNFAO supports sustainable bioenergy policies and strategies.

UN Environment Programme (UNEP)

UNEP addresses climate change, biodiversity, and pollution. UNEP supports low-carbon transitions, adaptation, and mitigation efforts.

UN Environment Assembly (UNEA)

Environmental Ministers of 193 UN member countries gather at the UNEA every two years to agree on priorities including ambitious nationally determined contributions.
